Key Responsibilities

·Deliver technical training in electronics hardware assembly.

·Conduct hands-on practical sessions using tools, instruments, and assembly equipment.

·Train learners on assembly processes, quality checks, and workplace safety.

·Conduct practical assessments and troubleshooting activities.

·Maintain lab equipment and ensure safe usage.

·Monitor learner progress and attendance.

·Support placement readiness and interview preparation.

·Ensure training delivery aligns with GIF methodology.

·Ensure 100% learner attendance.

·Support learners for assessments, certification, and placements.

·Maintain training documentation and reports.

·Coordinate with center team, SIC, and placement teams.

·Follow Generation India Foundation methodology and SOPs.

·Participate in weekly reviews, TOT programs, and quality audits.

·Ensure a learner-friendly and disciplined classroom environment.

Eligibility Criteria





·Diploma/ITI in Electronics Engineering, Electrical

·Candidates with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering must have at least 2 years of relevant industry work experience in EV sector.

·Candidates with an ITI certification must have at least 3 years of relevant industry work experience in EV sector. Minimum 1 year experience of training or mentoring workers or trainees in a factory, workshop, or vocational classroom setting

·Knowledge of solar installation and maintenance practices.

·Good classroom and practical training skills.

Preferred Skills

·SSC TOT Certified

·Experience in manufacturing or electronics industry.

·Knowledge of quality standards and production processes.

Reporting To

Center Manager / Regional Manager / Project Operations Team

Salary Range

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month depending on experience, certification.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
