Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for tractor loan collections, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues from customers.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency, reduce delinquencies, and minimize write-offs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in the collection process and implement changes as needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements to stay ahead in the competitive NBFC landscape.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to debt management and recovery.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in tractor loan collections or similar roles within an NBFC or financial services organization.
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Solid understanding of agricultural lending practices, including tractor finance products such as LAP (Loan Against Property) schemes.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively across multiple locations; strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
