Job Title: US Property Manager (Property Management & Accounting)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Property Manager with solid expertise in both US Property Management and US Accounting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing residential properties, lease administration, rent collections, tenant communications, property inspections, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting operations. Experience with AppFolio is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of US residential properties.
- Draft, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, lease addendums, and notices.
- Track lease expirations and coordinate timely renewals.
- Handle tenant move-ins, move-outs, and property transfers.
- Schedule and monitor property inspections, re-inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Manage tenant communications and resolve property-related concerns.
- Coordinate with landlords,



vendors, maintenance teams, and housing authorities.
- Maintain accurate property records and compliance documentation.

US Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process rent collections, security deposits, late fees, and payment reconciliations.
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank accounts, trust accounts, and property ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Track property expenses, vendor payments, and owner distributions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Generate rent rolls, delinquency reports, occupancy reports, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and company policies.
