Eureka windoor systems is hiring for "Learning & Development Manager" for Bangalore (JP Nagar).

Experience - 4 to 7 years.

CTC - 8 - 12 Lacs.

Location - Bangalore ( JP Nagar).

Key Responsibilities

· Identify training needs across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Installation, Sales, Service and Support functions.

· Prepare and execute the annual training calendar and L&D; plan based on business requirements.

· Design and conduct technical, behavioral, safety, process and leadership training.

· Develop training programs for shop-floor operators, supervisors, team leaders and managers.

· Coordinate technical training on uPVC doors & windows manufacturing processes, quality standards, SOPs, machine operation, installation, 5S and safety.

· Develop and maintain skill/competency matrices and identify employee skill gaps.

· Manage new-employee induction and onboarding programs.

· Coordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts and external trainers for specialized training.

· Measure training effectiveness through assessments,



feedback and improvement in job performance.

· Maintain training records, attendance, assessments and employee development data.

· Prepare regular L&D; MIS and management reports covering training completion, effectiveness and key metrics.

· Support leadership development, career development and succession planning initiatives.

· Manage training vendors, resources and the L&D; budget effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline

· 4–7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development/Training, preferably ina manufacturing environment.
