ROLE :

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily shop floor operations to meet manufacturing schedules safely and efficiently. This role focuses on optimizing workforce productivity, maintaining equipment efficiency, and ensuring parts meet exact quality and engineering specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Daily Shop Floor Management:
- Production Scheduling:
- Quality Assurance: Monitor operations to ensure parts match technical drawings, dimensional tolerances, and first-off inspection requirements.
- Machine Utilization (OEE): Track and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness by minimizing setup times, changeovers, and unplanned machine downtime.
- Safety & 5S Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols (PPE usage, machine guarding) and maintain a clean,



organized shop floor workplace.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, tooling wear issues, and minor programming errors on the floor.
- Workforce Management: Train operators, track daily attendance, and evaluate team performance to build a versatile, multi-skilled workforce

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
