We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist / PPC Expert who can plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on generating qualified leads and sales while maintaining profitable campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads
- Manage Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns when required
- Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis
- Build campaign structures based on services, products, locations, and customer intent
- Write high-converting ad copy
- Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, search terms, audiences, and targeting
- Add and optimize negative keywords to reduce irrelevant traffic
- Monitor CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS, Cost per Lead, and overall campaign profitability
- Set up and verify Google Ads conversion tracking
- Work with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Optimize landing pages and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates
- Manage Google Merchant Center and Shopping campaigns when required




- Identify why campaigns are underperforming and implement practical solutions
- Perform regular A/B testing of ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting
- Prepare clear weekly/monthly performance reports
- Monitor account health, policy issues, disapprovals, and tracking problems

Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of lead generation and eCommerce advertising
- Good knowledge of Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and remarketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of keyword match types, search intent, bidding strategies, and Quality Score
- Experience with conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions based on performance
- Understanding of landing-page conversion optimization
- Experience with Google Merchant Center is a plus
- Familiarity with Looker Studio is preferred
