Job Description – BPO Telecalling Executive Position: BPO Telecalling Executive – Business & Private Loans Department: Sales / Telecalling Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: Freshers & Experienced Salary: - Fresher: ₹20,000 per month - Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 per month - Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented BPO Telecalling Executives to handle Business Loans and Private Loan enquiries. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining suitable loan products, generating leads and following up with customers until application processing. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding Business Loans and Private Loans. - Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and required documents clearly. - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options. - Generate qualified leads through telecalling. - Follow up regularly with interested customers. - Assist customers with the initial loan application process and documentation.



- Maintain customer details and call records in CRM / Excel. - Coordinate with the sales and loan-processing team. - Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/conversion targets. - Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Requirements - 12th Pass / Any Degree – Freshers can apply. - Positive communication and convincing skills. - Tamil communication is preferred; basic English is an advantage. - Basic computer knowledge. - Willingness to work with sales targets. - Telecalling / Loan Sales / BPO experience will be an added advantage.
