Key Responsibilities1. Real Estate Listing Management
- Create, upload and regularly update property listings on platforms such as:
- MagicBricks
- 99acres
- Housing.com
- Other relevant real estate portals
- Write clear and attractive property descriptions.
- Upload appropriate photographs, specifications, pricing and location information.
- Ensure sold, rented or unavailable properties are removed or updated promptly.
- Regularly refresh listings to improve their visibility.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all property portals.

2. Digital Presence & LinkedIn
- Actively manage and grow the digital presence of Fairdeal Estates and Manish Bhagtani.
- Manage LinkedIn activity and maintain an active qualified profile.
- Post available properties, recently closed deals, market insights, investment opportunities and company updates.
- Coordinate basic content for Instagram, Google Business Profile and other relevant platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve Fairdeal Estates’ visibility online.
- Coordinate with photographers,



designers or content creators whenever required.
- Maintain a regular digital posting calendar.

3. Executive Assistance

Work directly with Manish Bhagtani and take ownership of operational tasks that do not require his personal involvement.

This may include:
- Managing schedules and appointments.
- Organising meetings and property visits.
- Maintaining reminders and follow-ups.
- Coordinating with clients, property owners, brokers and other stakeholders.
- Organising documents and property information.
- Preparing basic presentations, property briefs and client information.
- Maintaining records of ongoing requirements and deals.
- Following up on pending tasks until completion.

The objective of this role is simple:

Free up the Director’s time so that he can concentrate on relationships, negotiations, property acquisition and closing deals.
