Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and achieve business targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and improve key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, UPT, ABV, and Sell Through.
- Ensure efficient inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
- Oversee daily store operations, cash management, and SOP compliance.
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve productivity and profitability.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and customer-friendly shopping environment.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 7 10 years of retail experience,



with at least 3-4 years as a Store Manager.
- Experience in premium fashion, footwear, sportswear, lifestyle, or luxury retail preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations and business KPIs.
- Proficient in excel and power point
