Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand the company’s supply chain process and objectives, and develop strategies to improve efficiencies
- Analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions for streamlining the supply chain
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that materials are available as needed.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure that they meet quality standards and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast future needs and develop plans to accommodate growth
- Prepare reports on supply chain metrics for upper management
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements
- Train and mentor junior staff members




- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and skills
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager in the Courier industry.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Creative problem-solving
- A strategic and analytical mind
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar field

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
