About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
OPT Recruiter
with strong expertise in the US staffing market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting OPT candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and working with clients and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates on
OPT, CPT, EAD, and other relevant work authorizations
.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified OPT candidates.
- Utilize
LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms
.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Sales teams, and clients to understand hiring requirements.
- Follow up with candidates regarding submissions, interviews, offers, and joining.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing and employment eligibility requirements.
