Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior BIM Modeler – MEP with strong hands-on experience in BIM modelling and MEP coordination. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate MEP models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering project models as per BIM standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Model HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.
- Interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and design information.
- Perform MEP coordination with Architectural and Structural models.
- Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage.
- Prepare coordinated layouts, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Update BIM models based on design changes and project requirements.
- Maintain model quality, accuracy, and required LOD standards.




- Follow BIM standards, naming conventions, and project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and other project team members.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of relevant MEP BIM modelling experience.
- Robust knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage.
- Good understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and modelling workflows.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
