Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify potential clients, market sectors and project opportunities.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors and client needs.
- Develop strategies to expand into residential, commercial, hospitality and other markets.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, contractors, consultants and industry partners.
- Follow up on leads and schedule client meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and prospective clients.

3. Proposal & Bid Development
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, presentations and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with architects and design teams for project proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and support deal closure.

4. Strategic Planning
- Contribute to business development strategies and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and collaborations.
- Recommend current services based on market demand and client feedback.

5. Marketing & Branding




- Coordinate with marketing teams on social media, websites, events and publications.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions and networking activities.
- Support project showcases and promotional activities.

6. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with design, project management and leadership teams.
- Ensure smooth transition from business development to project execution.
- Maintain and update CRM records and lead status.

7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts and performance reports.
- Track business development targets and conversion rates.
- Provide regular updates to management on BD performance and progress.

Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in Interior Design / Architecture / Fit-out / Construction / Real Estate preferred.
- Strong experience in B2B client acquisition and business development.
