Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, charismatic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong knowledge of drinks, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating classic and signature cocktails, serving beer and wine, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar area.

Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Welcome guests, offer recommendations, take food and drink orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Cashier & POS: Operate the POS system accurately, process payments (cash, cards), manage tabs, and maintain accurate register totals.
- Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, sanitized, and organized. Restock ice, glassware, garnishes, liquor, and beer throughout the shift.
- Compliance & Safety: Verify guest identification to confirm legal drinking age. Manage intoxicated patrons responsibly and ensure compliance with local alcohol serving laws.
- Team Collaboration: Assist floor staff, servers,



and kitchen staff during busy shifts to ensure smooth service across the venue.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Bartender (1+ years preferred in high-volume or craft environments).
- Legal: Meets minimum age requirement to serve alcohol in the local jurisdiction (e.g., 18 or 21 years old).
- Certifications: Active alcohol server certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or local equivalency).
- Physical Ability: Able to stand for long shifts, lift up to 30–50 lbs (kegs/cases), and work in a fast-moving, high-energy workplace.
- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, conflict-resolution, and math/cash-handling skills.
