About the Role

Nvezion Meditech is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth and market presence for our medical devices, equipment, and hospital supplies portfolio. This role combines on-ground sales expertise with digital marketing execution, and requires someone who understands how hospitals actually operate, from procurement to department-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and close leads across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
- Build and manage relationships with key hospital stakeholders; doctors, procurement, biomedical engineering, department heads, and administration
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads) to support lead generation and brand visibility
- Understand hospital workflows, departments, and procurement cycles to position products effectively and time outreach accurately
- Track sales pipeline,



follow up consistently, and convert prospects into long-term accounts
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, hospital visits, and industry events
- Report on sales performance, market feedback, and campaign effectiveness

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales/marketing within medical devices, equipment, instruments, or hospital supplies
- Robust working knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels
- Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure in a B2B/institutional sales environment
- Working knowledge of hospital processes, procedures, and departmental structure
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow
