Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager with strong expertise in STP (Sewage Treatment Plants), WTP (Water Treatment Plants), and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing operations, maintenance, and service teams for water and wastewater treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of STP, WTP, and ETP systems
- Manage service teams and ensure timely execution of maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimal downtime
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Coordinate with clients for service delivery and issue resolution
- Prepare service reports, performance analysis, and documentation
- Monitor plant performance and implement improvements where necessary
- Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service planning
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in STP/WTP/ETP operations and service management
- Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes
- Experience in handling service teams and client coordination
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental Engineering preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of pumps, blowers, dosing systems, and filtration processes
- Familiarity with pollution control norms and compliance standards
- Experience with reporting and documentation
