MICC Agent / Patient Support Executive

Experience: 1–4 Years

Industry Preference: Healthcare / CRO / International Voice Process
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support healthcare communication and coordination activities
- Work closely with internal operational and clinical support teams
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance, and quality standards
- Handle operational reporting, escalations, and documentation
- Support US and Europe healthcare operations processes
- Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in healthcare/BPO/CRO operations preferred
- Comfortable working in US/Europe shift coverage




- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Work from Office – Hyderabad mandatory

Team Leader – MICC Operations

Experience: 5–8 Years

Industry Preference: Healthcare / CRO / International Voice Process
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support healthcare communication and coordination activities
- Work closely with internal operational and clinical support teams
