- Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Increase average bill value and table turnover.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling.

- Control food, beverage and labour costs.
- Minimize wastage, pilferage and operational expenses.
- Maintain outlet profitability as per budget.
- Guest Experience
- Ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints promptly.




- Drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Restaurant Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Maintain service standards and SOP compliance.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
- Team Management
- Manage, train and motivate restaurant staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure manpower availability.
- Monitor employee performance, grooming and discipline.
- Food Quality & Hygiene
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and food-safety compliance.
- Conduct regular operational and hygiene checks.
