Job Summary:
The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the offices IT infrastructure, including internet connectivity, computer systems, desktops, laptops, and other technical equipment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring network stability, and providing day-to-day IT support to all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot internet connections, Wi-Fi networks, and LAN setups.
- Install, configure, and update desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software.
- Provide technical support to employees for system, network, and printer issues.
- Manage and monitor IT assets, ensuring all systems function efficiently.
- Handle system backups and antivirus updates.
- Coordinate with vendors or service providers for repairs, replacements, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
- Maintain records of IT inventory, user accounts, and licenses.
- Set up recent systems for new employees and ensure smooth onboarding of devices.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to avoid downtime.
- Support for video conferencing, CCTV, and email configuration as needed
