About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Institutional Marketing Associate to drive student lead generation through college/school seminars, events, career awareness programs, presentations, and institutional tie-ups. The role involves building strong relationships with educational institutions, conducting impactful student engagement activities, and generating qualified leads that can be converted into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching centres, and educational institutions.
- Plan and execute seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, presentations, and student engagement events.
- Develop institutional partnerships and tie-ups to create a consistent lead-generation pipeline.
- Coordinate with college/school management, placement cells, faculty, student coordinators, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and seminars to create awareness about CA, ACCA, CMA, CS and other professional commerce programs.




- Generate qualified student leads through institutional activities and events.
- Coordinate with the Admissions/Sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Track leads generated from each institution, event and seminar and monitor conversion performance.
- Identify high-performing institutions and develop long-term partnerships.
- Plan institutional outreach calendars and ensure achievement of monthly activity and lead-generation targets.
- Represent IIC Lakshya at education fairs, career fairs, exhibitions, seminars and other relevant events.
- Maintain regular MIS and reports covering institutions approached, events conducted, leads generated and conversions.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify recent institutional opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Admissions and Academic teams to execute institutional campaigns.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Comm
