Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Service Cloud applications to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain knowledge management documentation for testing processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities to validate software functionality.
Job Requirements :
- 6-13 years of experience as a Senior QA Analyst or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Case Management, Functional Testing, Knowledge Management, and Salesforce Service Cloud technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully executing complex projects on time with high-quality results.
