We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns, understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable real estate projects, arranging site visits, and converting qualified leads into bookings.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and convincing skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to follow up consistently until conversion.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their budget, location preferences, requirements, and purchase intent.
- Explain project details including location, amenities, configurations, pricing, payment plans, USPs, and available inventory.
- Build a strong relationship with prospects and address their queries professionally.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits with interested clients.




- Ensure clients receive proper guidance and assistance during the site visit.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth site-visit execution.
- Follow up with clients after site visits and work towards lead conversion and booking closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion status.
- Update the CRM/lead management system regularly.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, site visits, and sales conversions.
- Identify high-intent prospects and prioritize leads based on their probability of conversion.
- Stay updated about the projects being handled, including pricing, inventory, offers, and market trends.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development / Telecalling / Inside
