Sales Executive Roles & Responsibilities

1. Achieve assigned sales targets by developing recent customers and increasing business from existing customers.
2. Identify and approach potential customers in the OE Fabrics segment through market visits, calls, references and other business development activities.
3. Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular visits, calls, follow-ups and understanding customer requirements.
4. Handle customer enquiries, samples and quotations by coordinating with the concerned teams and ensuring timely responses.
5. Follow up on enquiries, quotations and samples and convert opportunities into trial and bulk orders.
6. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality and Dispatch to ensure timely order execution and delivery as committed to customers.
7. Monitor customer-wise requirements, orders, pending payments and follow-ups and coordinate with Finance for collection follow-up where required.
8. Submit daily sales and weekly follow-up reports covering customer visits, new leads, enquiries, requirements, quotations, orders, pending opportunities and next actions.
