Key Responsibilities:
- Drive individual and team sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and closure.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
- Monitor daily activities, conversions and revenue achievement.
- Develop strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the team in handling objections and closing deals.
Candidate Profile:
- 4–6 years of experience in hardcore, target-driven sales.
- Solid communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience in handling or mentoring a sales team.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
