Job Overview

Sudharshan Elctromech is hiring skilled and experienced Project Supervisor for Fire Hydrant on industrial Fire projects. Candidates must have hands-on experience working at industrial project sites.

Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily project activities.
- Allocate work to workers and contractors.
- Monitor project progress against schedules and deadlines.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and management.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Check availability and proper use of materials and equipment.
- Maintain daily work/progress reports.
- Identify delays, problems, and risks and report them to management.
- Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed.
- Inspect completed work and coordinate corrections when necessary.
- Control wastage and help manage project costs.
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.




- Maintain project-related documents and records.

Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Usually 1–5 years, depending on the level of the position.
- Freshers may be considered for Junior Project Supervisor/Project Coordinator positions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to read drawings, schedules, and project documentation is useful.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- A driving license may be required for site-based positions.
