Role Description
The Ecommerce Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing and optimizing Fur Ball Story’s online sales channels. This role includes maintaining product listings, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and inventory across marketplaces and the company website.



The specialist will monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and suggest improvements to boost conversions, customer engagement, and overall revenue. Daily activities involve coordinating with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and a positive customer experience. The role also includes handling basic customer queries related to online orders, supporting promotional campaigns, and identifying opportunities to expand the brand’s digital presence.
