Role & responsibilities

For Mumbai
- Experience in preparing MIS reports, data analysis, and project monitoring.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable with field travel across Maharashtra and preferred proficiency in spoken Marathi.

For Bharuch
- Strong understanding of CSR and NGO operations.
- Hands-on experience in fieldwork within thematic areas such as education, healthcare, environment, community, skill development, livelihood development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Especially proficiency in regional languages (Gujarati)
- Fluency in Gujarati (mandatory) and proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and partnership coordination.
- Valuable command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork across Gujarat.
