Designation: Engineer

Office Location: Halol, Vadodara

Primary Responsibilities:

Totake full responsibility of the line in terms of management of associates,management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth runningof the production processes.

Should have knowledge of Spot Welding/Metal finish/ BIW/ Hemming/ Closure- Door Setting / Body Side/ Body Repair

Manage,develop and motivate direct reporting associates

Toensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during theshift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resourceswithin the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy

Problemsolving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team memberscan identify root causes and take quick effective action to resolve the problemsin hand

Towork closely with other line JEs to ensure production handovers are effectivecommunications tools

Toensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands of theline





To have an active role in the continuousimprovement plan to achieve plans and quality improvement

- Reporting Department: Manufacturing

Educational qualifications preferred
- Field specialization: Experience in Auto OEM/ancillary will be preferred
- Degree: Diploma

Required work experience
- Industry: Automobile/OEM
- Years of experience: 3 to 6 Years

Required Competencies: : Should be dynamic, Self-driven,results-oriented, and above all who has a positive can do outlook with aclear focus on deliverables

Required Knowledge: SpotWelding, Metal Finish, BIW, Hemming.
