Job Summary

The Showroom In-Charge is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer experience, achieving sales targets, supervising staff, and maintaining showroom standards and inventory coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and opening/closing activities.
- Lead and supervise sales executives, telecallers, and support staff.
- Ensure monthly and daily vehicle sales targets are achieved.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor walk-in inquiries, test rides, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain attractive showroom display and visual merchandising standards.




- Coordinate with the service and spare parts departments for smooth customer support.
- Prepare daily sales reports, inquiry reports, and staff performance updates.
- Ensure adherence to Honda/OEM showroom guidelines and company policies.
- Conduct daily morning meetings and motivate the sales team.
