We're growing our sales team and looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can own the full client journey — from first conversation to enrollment and beyond. ?

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience across the full sales cycle — from building new relationships to closing deals and nurturing long-term client trust. You'll be confident, consultative, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end, with robust negotiation and communication skills that turn interest into enrollment. ? Since we serve international clients, including those in Canada,



you should be comfortable working night shifts to align with their time zones. ?

Responsibilities

? Build relationships with prospective clients (students, professionals, and Canada-bound applicants) exploring French language courses

? Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to drive referrals, upsells, and long-term retention

? Own and manage your sales pipeline from first contact through to closed enrollment

?️ Maintain CRM hygiene — accurate, up-to-date lead records, timely follow-up logging, and clean pipeline data

? Understand the competitive landscape and clearly communicate J&C;'s value versus alternatives

? Track your own performance metrics and consistently work toward — and beyond — monthly targets

?️ Conduct consultations and course demos, tailored to each client's goals (career, immigration, academic, personal)

? Handle objections with integrity — grounded in real value, never pressure or false promises
