Position: LabSA Shift In-Charge
Experience: 7–8 years

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise LABSA plant shift operations to ensure protected, smooth, and efficient production.
- Monitor production parameters, quality, and equipment performance.
- Lead shift operators and coordinate manpower deployment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, SOPs, and environmental standards.
- Handle shift-level troubleshooting, process deviations, and emergency situations.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and other departments.
- Maintain shift production reports, logbooks, and operational records.
- Drive productivity, minimize downtime, and ensure production targets are achieved.

Requirements: Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 7–8 years of relevant experience in LABSA/chemical plant operations, preferably with shift-handling experience.
