PGT Physics Teacher will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction in physics to high school students. This role involves preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, assessing student performance, and contributing to the overall educational experience of the students.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements.
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures on various physics topics.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and exams.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
- Create a stimulating classroom setting conducive to learning.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods, educational tools, and subject matter developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings and school events.
- Prepare students for standardized tests and competitive exams in physics.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in physics or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching certification.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience at the high school level.
- Strong knowledge of physics and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage a dynamic classroom and handle diverse learning needs.
