Role Description
The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, posting job advertisements, and using various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates. The recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand role requirements,



support workforce planning, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular interaction with stakeholders and participation in in-person meetings and interviews.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, basic employment regulations, and ethical recruitment standards.
