Water Plant Machine Maintenance –

Location ; Kadayiruppu, Aikaranad North, Kerala 682311

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of water plant machinery and equipment.
- Inspect and maintain pumps, motors, compressors, filters, RO systems, dosing systems, conveyors and related equipment.
- Identify mechanical and electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormal sounds, vibrations, leakage or overheating.
- Carry out regular lubrication, alignment, tightening and replacement of worn-out components.
- Maintain and service motors, pumps, valves, pipelines and other mechanical components.
- Attend machine breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs and spare parts used.




- Ensure availability and proper condition of essential maintenance tools and spare parts.
- Coordinate with external technicians or service providers when specialized repairs are required.
- Follow safety procedures while carrying out maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure machines are maintained in proper working condition for continuous production.

Educational Qualification ;

· An ITI certificate or a specialized engineering diploma in relevant mechanical or electrical trades or ITI in trades such as Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic (Motor Vehicle), or Pump Operator.

· 3-4 years of practical on-the-job training or prior experience handling pumps, motors, and RO systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
