Solution Implementation & ConfigurationDesign and Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Vistex solutions for pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and other incentive programs.
Module Expertise: Implement and configure specific Vistex modules such as Incentives & Paybacks (IP), Billbacks, Customer Rebates, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP). Business Process Management
Requirement Analysis: Analyze client business requirements and map them to Vistex functionalities, providing recommendations for process improvement.
Process Optimization: Design solutions that align with business needs and leverage standard best practices, minimizing customizations.
Rebate Management: Manage the entire rebate lifecycle, including agreement setup, claims processing, accruals, and settlement. Technical & System
Responsibilities
System Support: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors related to Vistex implementations.
Integration:



Partner with technical teams for system integrations and custom developments, often involving ABAP development.
Data Migration: Oversee data migration and conversion activities for Vistex projects. Collaboration & Project Management
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, FICO) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Documentation: Create functional and technical specifications, design documents, and other project documentation.
Testing: Assist with and participate in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Client & User Support Trusted Advisor: Serve as an expert advisor to clients, guiding them on Vistex solutions and best practices
Training: Train and mentor end-users on how to effectively use Vistex functionalities.
