We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support our day-to-day HR operations.

Job Description

We are looking for a HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance and leave administration, employee engagement, and other core HR activities.

The candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate professionalism,



and have the ability to manage HR processes efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and offer management.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Support implementation of HR policies, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Manage employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee-related documentation.
- Ensure HR compliance, confidentiality, and timely completion of HR processes.

Requirements & Skills
- 3 months–1 year of experience in HR & Recruitmen
