We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Closing Team Leader to lead a team handling the complete customer closing process from booking confirmation to agreement, registration, payment completion and handover.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate sales process, proven team-handling ability, excellent customer-handling skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, CRM, Legal, Accounts and Registration teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of closing executives to manage customers from booking to final closure.

Coordinate the complete post-sales and closing process across the team.

Monitor team follow-ups with customers for pending payments, documents and formalities.

Oversee preparation and execution of Agreement for Sale and other required documentation.

Coordinate with customers, sales executives, legal, accounts and CRM teams to ensure smooth closures.

Manage and coordinate stamp duty,



registration and related documentation.

Ensure timely completion of customer KYC and documentation across the team.

Track team-wide payment schedules, outstanding amounts and registration status.

Resolve escalated customer queries related to agreements, payments, registration and closing formalities.

Maintain accurate customer and transaction records in the CRM.

Coordinate with the registration team and customers for registration appointments.

Prepare regular team reports on bookings, collections, agreements, registrations and pending closures.

Ensure every customer file handled by the team is complete and properly documented.

Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the closing process.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate, preferably in closing, post-sales, CRM or customer relationship management, with some team-leading exposure.
