Position: Travel Consultant (International Holidays Sales)

Job description

Consulting with clients: Listen to clients’ needs, preferences and budgets and provide personalised travel recommendations.

Booking travel arrangements: Book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours and activities, and manage itineraries.

Maintaining industry knowledge: To provide informed recommendations and keep up with industry trends, regulations, and travel destinations.

Problem-solving: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve any issues during the trip, and handle any necessary changes to travel plans.

Sales: Cross-sell and up-sell travel products and services to clients.

Customer service: Provide excellent customer service and build relationships to ensure repeat business.

Compliance:



Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and company policies.

Reporting and record-keeping: Maintain accurate client and booking records, and provide regular reports to management.

Marketing and promotion: Promote travel products and services, and participate in marketing and promotional activities.

Generate sales: Proactively promote travel packages, flights, hotels, and other ancillary services to customers, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
