4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably with independent accounting.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.
- Record and maintain sales, purchases, expenses, payments, receipts, journal entries, and other accounting transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Verify purchase bills, sales invoices, expense bills, and other supporting documents.
- Prepare payment details and maintain proper payment records.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and party reconciliation.
- Assist in GST and TDS working, return-related data preparation, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly and yearly account closing and financial reporting.
- · Prepare basic MIS reports, including sales, expenses, receivables, payables, and outstanding reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, banks,



and management for accounting-related matters.
- Support e-commerce accounting and reconciliation as required, including online sales, settlements, returns, refunds, and platform deductions.

Candidate Requirements
- B. Com / M. Com or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, filters, and data reconciliation.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable
- Basic knowledge or experience in e-commerce accounting and reconciliation will be an added advantage
- Positive analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle day-to-day accounting independently
