Accounts Officer

Education : B.Com, M.Com : Preferably M.Com , MBA ( Finance )

Additional Skills : Quickbooks/Tally with 2 to 3 years experience in accounts, especially Book. keeping and financial reporting to top management.

Work from Home, to work in USA Time.

Job skills Required:

Financial reporting experience – experience in creating key financial reports including income statement, balance sheet

and cash flow statement

Financial analysis – experience in analyzing financial reports, key financial ratios and auditing

Financial systems – knowledgeable in working with financial systems such as Quickbooks or Intacct

Accounts receivable – ability to drive down accounts receivable pay cycles through aggressive collections and analysis

Management – experience with managing a team to complete bookkeeping, oversee medical billing and auditing, and other financial tasks

Payroll management – experience with managing payroll process





Forecasting – knowledgeable in creating forecasts to project financials

Desired:

Experience in medical field

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Close out financial bookkeeping monthly to prepare for financial reports

Create monthly financial reports using financials systems (Quickbooks/Intact):

Income Statement

Balance Sheet

Cash Flow

Execute accounts payable (including payroll) and accounts receivable process

Drive down accounts receivable process by leading collections team

Create quarterly forecasts to budget financials

Lead team to complete bookkeeping responsibilities

Prepare tax forms and payments for each reporting cycling including year-end taxes

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
