- We are looking for a Freelancer - Institutional Growth Partner to onboard colleges and universities to AWBM and facilitate genuine student project listings.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach colleges, universities and educational institutions.
- Connect with Principals, Directors, Deans, TPOs, IIC/Innovation Cell and faculty coordinators.
- Present AWBM and onboard new institutions.
- Coordinate with institutions/students to get projects listed on AWBM.
- Build long-term institutional relationships and maintain follow-ups.
- Maintain basic records of outreach, onboarding and project listings.
- Performance Target Every 15 Days

Achieve either:
- Option A: Onboard 3 new educational institutions
- OR
- Option B: Facilitate 25 unique student project/innovation listings
- Significant: Duplicate, repeated, copied,



substantially identical or previously listed projects will not be counted. Each project must be genuine and unique.

Preferred Profile
- Experience in institutional sales, EdTech, B2B sales, college partnerships, student engagement, business development or innovation/incubation programs is preferred.
- Candidates with existing college/university contacts will have an advantage.

Nature of Engagement
- This is a freelance/independent engagement, not a full-time employment position. Continuation will depend on performance, quality of institutional relationships and project acquisition.
- Target: 3 Institutions OR 25 Unique Projects every 15 days.
