6–8 years in warehousing and logistics operations, preferably in a 3PL workplace.

Educational qualification: Any degree , Working Knowledge of ERP (SAP/ WMS) and Advance Excel. Monthly CTC: 35000-48,000

Role & responsibilities:

· Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order processing, and outbound dispatch.

· Ensure accurate stock management through ERP (SAP) and regular cycle counts.

· Plan manpower allocation and supervise warehouse staff, housekeeping staff for efficient operations.

· Maintain compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and 5S principles.

· Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal teams for smooth logistics flow.

· Monitor KPI performance such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory accuracy.

· Handle escalation of operational issues and implement corrective actions.

· Ensure timely documentation, GRN (Goods Receipt Note) posting, and shipment updates in ERP.





· Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement cost-saving measures.

· Conduct periodic training for warehouse staff on process and safety.

· Maintain MIS, proper documentation and update records.

Technical Skills:

· Proficient in ERP (SAP) and advanced Excel.

· Strong understanding of warehouse processes – inbound, storage, order processing, and dispatch.

Personal Attributes:

· Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Proven experience in warehouse management, team supervision, manpower planning, and performance monitoring.

· Good communication and client coordination skills. Knowledge of Hindi would be an added advantage
