It has expertise in international taxation, including IFRS and IndAS advisory. The firm also supports NGOs and non-profit organizations with registration and regular income tax compliance.

Role Description
The CA Article Assistant will support the firm’s chartered accountants in day-to-day assignments related to accounting, taxation, and compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining books of accounts, assisting in preparation and filing of Income Tax and GST returns, supporting audit and assurance engagements, and helping with documentation for refunds, demands, and litigation matters. The role also involves working on compliance for NGOs and non-profit organizations, supporting international taxation and IndAS/IFRS-related tasks under supervision,



and preparing working papers, reports, and client communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular coordination with team members and clients.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (IPCC/Intermediate cleared or as per ICAI article-ship eligibility) with a strong foundation in accounting and taxation.
- Knowledge of Indian Income Tax, GST law, basic corporate law, and familiarity with compliance procedures for refunds, demands, and departmental notices.
- Understanding of auditing principles, working paper preparation, and exposure or interest in international taxation and IndAS/IFRS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (such as Tally or similar); ability to handle data analysis and documentation accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments
