Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for various technical and non-technical roles. This full-time,



on-site position is based at the AVD Group Bhubaneswar training institute and involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans. Daily responsibilities include managing job postings, building talent pipelines, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating campus drives and placement activities, and supporting internship and fresher hiring initiatives. The role also includes contributing to employer branding efforts, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and maintaining recruitment reports and metrics.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting across entry-level, intern, and experienced profiles.
- Experience in IT Recruitment, with the ability to understand software and technology roles.
- Effective Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
- Exposure to Employer Branding activities, such as social media outreach, campus engagement, and promotional events.
