Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy
Social Media & Technology Support Specialist
to manage the organization's social media presence while assisting with software implementation and general technology needs. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable learning new software, and able to independently execute recurring responsibilities without requiring constant follow-up.

Schedule:
Adaptable work schedule within the client's business hours (PDT)

Responsibilities:
- Manage social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Develop and maintain a consistent social media content and posting plan.
- Ensure scheduled posts are published consistently and on time.
- Edit existing video content into short-form Reels and TikTok videos.
- Create engaging social media content to increase the organization's visibility and reach.
- Recommend content topics, posting frequency, and opportunities for audience engagement.
- Assist with the implementation and rollout of new software platforms.
- Attend calls with software providers when needed,



understand technical requirements, and help coordinate next steps.
- Troubleshoot basic technology and software issues.
- Track outstanding technology-related tasks and ensure projects continue moving forward.
- Provide transparent updates on completed work, pending items, and next steps.

Requirements:
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Video editing experience, particularly short-form content and Reels.
- Strong general technology and software skills.
- Comfortable learning and implementing new software.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of recurring responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- A work portfolio relevant to the role.
