About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Business Development Manager – C&I; RESCO to drive business development and market expansion across Central Kerala.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar energy, C&I; (Commercial & Industrial) projects, RESCO models, renewable energy solutions, or related sectors, along with strong business development and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for C&I; RESCO projects across Central Kerala.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities among commercial and industrial customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industrial establishments, property owners,



and key decision-makers.
- Identify potential C&I; customers and conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions.
- Understand customer energy requirements and coordinate with technical/project teams to develop suitable solar/RESCO solutions.
- Prepare and present business proposals, commercial offers, and project presentations.
- Negotiate with clients and support the business team through the sales closure process.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve assigned business development targets.
- Conduct market research to identify current opportunities, competitors, and potential customer segments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after successful business closure.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, prospects, conversions, and market developments.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in Solar, Renewable
