- Role & responsibilities
- Implement pre-designed lesson plans and creative activities including storytelling, arts, music, and outdoor play.
- Monitor and document each child's progress, behaviour, and learning milestones.
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians about their child's development and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff members to organize events and activities.

Preferred candidate profile
- Passion for working with young children and a nurturing personality.
- Prior experience in teaching or working with children (preferred).
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for learning and play-based education.
- Certification in Montessori or Early Childhood Education (preferred).
