Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Executive to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, supporting billing and reconciliation processes, and assisting in overall financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge along with hands-on experience in Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Handle daily accounting transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure proper accounting documentation.
- Support GST, TDS, and other taxation-related documentation and filings.
- Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Monitor company expenses and maintain proper expense records.




- Assist in audit preparation and financial reporting activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and approvals.
- Support senior accountants and finance managers in daily accounting operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 0.6 – 2+ years of relevant experience (internship experience also acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Valuable knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting entries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of invoice processing, ledger management, and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
