• 6+ years of experience in software development and architecture in Java Full Stack.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and event-driven architecture.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide development teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
