Role Description
The Senior Chef de Partie – Pan Asian is a full-time, in office role based in Agra. This role is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Pan-Asian dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all services. The Senior Chef de Partie oversees a specific section of the kitchen, leads junior team members,



organizes mise en place, and ensures adherence to recipes, food safety, and hygiene standards. The role involves coordinating with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs on menu execution, contributing to current dish development, and monitoring stock levels to minimize wastage and support cost control. The Senior Chef de Partie also supports training, maintains a clean and safe kitchen environment, and helps deliver a smooth service for both dine-in and delivery operations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Pan-Asian culinary skills, including proficiency in stir-frying, steaming, grilling, sauce preparation, and plating for multiple Asian cuisines.
